Job summary

St Leger Homes of Doncaster is seeking a Career Start Coordinator to lead the coordination of career start activities across the organisation, including apprenticeships, student placements and work experience cohorts. The post requires experience in at least one area and strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with managers, learning providers and stakeholders.

The role is based at Civic Office, Doncaster with flexible working across the workplace and home, 30 hours per week,

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating apprenticeships, student placements, or work-experience programs.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build wide-ranging stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to recruit, retain and develop career-start routes and participants.
• Good written and digital record-keeping for management information and reports.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Career Start activity across ST Leger Homes.
• Work with managers to recruit, retain and develop routes and participants.
• Provide high-quality advice, guidance and coaching to line managers.
• Maintain up-to-date digital records and generate reports.
