Responsibilities

• Lead the development of and support the Placement Team at The Hive College to identify students' potential and tailor support to their needs.
• Recruit and maintain employer engagement across sectors to provide work placements for students.
• Liaise with external agencies to offer a range of social destinations to enable student engagement in the wider community.
• Demonstrate professional expertise in careers guidance and contribute to the college's transition and destination activities.
