Job summary

Chichester College Group in Crawley is seeking a Progression Plus Advisor to provide careers information, advice and guidance to students, helping them progress to higher education, employment, apprenticeships and other opportunities.

You will collaborate with college staff and local employers to facilitate work experience placements and contribute to local initiatives, in a supportive, part-time term-time role at Crawley campus.

Qualifications

• Experience providing guidance to students in an educational setting, 1:1 and group support.
• Proven customer service and organisational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people at all levels, verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Provide vital careers information, advice, and guidance to students.
• Support students in progression into higher education, employment, apprenticeships and more.
