Job summary

The University of Chichester invites applications for a part-time Careers and Employability role to provide professional guidance to students and alumni. The postholder will lead the Central Careers Programme, develop interventions, and support progression to employment or further study.

Requires Level 6+ qualification in Careers Guidance or related discipline, with strong communication, data interpretation, and experience delivering careers education and guidance.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interpret data and translate findings into practical employability interventions.
• Experience of providing careers information, advice and/or guidance and of designing and delivering careers education/workshops.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the Central Careers Programme.
• Develop targeted approaches and interventions for APP priority groups.
• Identify barriers and participate in evaluating employability interventions.
• Support undergraduate, postgraduate students and alumni with career development and progression to employment or further study.
