GLL is seeking a Lifeguard to join our busy leisure facility. This role emphasizes excellent customer service and safe pool supervision, with opportunities to support multiple studios and gym spaces.

The position offers flexible hours and a staff-owned, community-focused environment. As a Lifeguard, you’ll rotate around the pool, help maintain high cleanliness standards, and provide first-rate support to all visitors while upholding safety practices.

Qualifications

• Ideally NPLQ with up-to-date training.

Responsibilities

• Experience regular pool rotations.
• Supervise and clean the pool area.
• Set up equipment for activities.
• Deliver first-class customer service.
• Deal with customer queries and requests.
• Assist in preparing Studios, Gyms or Sports Halls and keep facilities clean.
