The Forward Trust is seeking an Employment Advisor in Margate to coach and prepare learners, job seekers and individuals for sustainable employment, apprenticeships and meaningful career paths.

You will deliver high-quality employability support, including CV writing, job applications, and interview prep, with one-to-one and group coaching, using digital tools and platforms, and coordinating with employers and partners to secure progression into work.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering employability support, CV writing, job search and interview preparation.
• Ability to coach individuals and groups, build confidence, motivation and resilience.
• Experience engaging with employers and arranging interviews to improve outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Coach and prepare learners, job seekers and individuals for the world of work; support into employment or apprenticeships.
• Deliver one-to-one and group coaching; help candidates build confidence and skills.
• Manage caseload, maintain records, meet performance targets and KPIs, ensure safeguarding compliance.
