The Forward Trust is seeking an Employment Specialist for Folkestone/Hythe and Dover. This full-time role (35 hours) offers the chance to change lives by helping people with barriers to employment secure meaningful work and progress towards independence.

A driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential, with generous staff benefits and flexible working options. You will deliver CV and interview support, coaching, and group sessions, while building links with local employers and partner

• Experience in employability or recruitment
• Health, wellbeing or support services experience
• Adult learning or skills programmes

Responsibilities

• CV writing, job applications and interview preparation
• Career coaching, confidence building and job searching
• Delivering one-to-one and group support sessions
• Building relationships with local employers and identifying opportunities
• Supporting inclusive workplaces and reasonable adjustments
• Providing in-work support to help people sustain and progress in employment
• Collaborating with community organisations, health services and training providers
