Esteemed Life Care in Coventry is seeking a dedicated Care Worker to support clients at home and in the community, providing personal care and medication assistance while preserving dignity.

You'll offer companionship, help with daily tasks, and enable clients to stay independent. The role requires weekend availability and a valid UK or international driving licence with sufficient validity. Visa sponsorship is available for switching sponsors.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a carer is essential.
• Full UK Driving licence or International driving licence with at least 1 year remaining validity.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken English.
• A compassionate, respectful, reliable and honest disposition.
• Basic cooking skills to assist clients with meal preparation.
• Availability to work weekends is essential.
• Applicants must be eligible for Skilled Worker Visa sponsorship or have the right to work in the UK.
