Job summary

Esteemed Life Care in Coventry is hiring for a care worker with visa sponsorship options and a pay rate of £12.82 per hour, plus mileage. The role is full-time and requires weekend work; driving is essential, with a full UK licence or international licence and 1 year of validity remaining.

You will support clients at home or in the community and assist with daily tasks and appointments. Duty duties include personal care, companionship, light housework, and helping clients attend activities.

Qualifications

• Must be a driver before applying.
• Full UK driving licence or international licence (min 1 year validity).
• Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Must be able to work weekends.
• Willingness to travel 100% (recommended).
• Home care experience: 1 year (recommended).

Responsibilities

• Assistance with personal care such as bathing, clothing, grooming, toileting and medicines.
• Provide companionship and support to clients in their home or throughout the community.
• Help customers with light housework such as laundry, hoovering, cleaning and prep meals.
• Help clients to attend activities or appointments.
