Housing 21 is seeking a part-time Care Worker in Houghton Le Spring, Tyne and Wear. You will support residents living independently in our schemes, helping with daily tasks and personal care while building strong relationships within a friendly team.

No formal qualifications are required; full training and progression via our Extra Care Academy are provided. Benefits include holiday pay, sick pay and health plan access.

Responsabilités

• Support with household and domestic tasks (laundry, shopping, cleaning, paying bills).
• Make meals, drinks and snacks as needed.
• Encourage and enable residents to follow care plans.
• Assist residents with getting up, personal care and medication reminders.
