Job summary

ICare Group is seeking a Home Care Worker (Driver Required) to support clients across Bispham, FY2 and surrounding areas. You will provide personal care, help with daily routines, and travel between homes while maintaining dignity and independence.

We offer flexible hours, paid mileage, weekly pay, a welcome bonus, ongoing training, and a supportive team to help you make a meaningful local impact.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence.
• Have access to your own vehicle, moped, or electric bike.
• Be able to travel throughout the FY2 area and surrounding communities.
• Be willing to obtain Class 1 Business Insurance if not already in place.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care with dignity, respect and compassion.
• Supporting with washing, dressing and daily routines.
• Assisting with meal preparation and nutrition.
• Providing medication prompts and support in line with care plans.
• Carrying out wellbeing and safety checks.

What Will You Be Doing?

As a Home Care Worker, you'll support people in their own homes, helping them remain independent while maintaining their dignity, wellbeing and quality of life.

No two days are the same, but your role may include:

• Providing personal care with dignity, respect and compassion
