ICare Group is seeking a compassionate Home Care Worker in Blackpool (FY4). You will work in clients' homes to help them stay independent and safe with dignity. The role requires a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, with weekend availability. Training and ongoing support are provided.

We offer competitive hourly pay (£13.45–£13.70), a £125 Welcome Bonus (T&Cs apply), paid mileage between care calls, and weekly pay. Join a local team making a real difference in the community.

• Be willing to obtain Class 1 Business Insurance if not already in place

What Will You Be Doing?

As a Home Care Worker, you'll support people in their own homes, helping them remain independent while maintaining their dignity, wellbeing and quality of life.

No two days are the same, but your role may include:

Providing personal care with dignity, respect and compassion
