HRstring LTD provides domiciliary care across the UK and is looking for caring individuals to join our team in York. You will monitor vital signs, assist with personal care, meals, and daily living tasks under supervision, while maintaining confidentiality and dignity.

Previous care experience is welcomed; training will be provided. A UK residence and right to work are essential to apply.

Competenze

• Experience with health-care tasks is beneficial.
• Willingness to learn and follow directions from nurses and therapists.
• Excellent communication and empathy with service users.

Mansioni

• Monitor vital signs and medications under supervision.
• Administer bedside and personal care as needed.
• Support personal care and daily living activities.
• Assist with planning, preparation, and serving of meals.
• Perform household duties as required.
• Maintain confidentiality, privacy and dignity of service users.

Descrizione del lavoro

• Perform health-care related tasks, such as monitoring vital signs and medication, under the direction of registered nurses and physiotherapists.


• Administer bedside and personal care, such as ambulation and personal hygiene assistance.


• Advise, support and/or attend in the appropriate personal care of Service Users


• Advise, support and or undertake the planning, preparation, cooking and serving of meals


• Support or undertake household duties such as washing & ironing etc.


• Maintain Service Users confidentiality, respect, privacy and dignity always


• Prepare and maintain records of client progress and services performed, reporting changes in client condition to manager or supervisor. CANDIDATE MUST BE LOCATED IN THE UK AND HAVE A VALID RIGHT TO WORK, Essential requirement: You must be a residence in the UK and have a valid right to work.

Previous care experience is greatly welcomed but training will be provided.
