HRString is a well-established domiciliary care provider in the UK, seeking compassionate care assistants to support service users at home. You will monitor health, assist with daily living activities, and help with meal preparation under supervision.

Previous care experience is welcomed, but full training will be provided. You must be based in the UK with the right to work. Join our dedicated team to uphold dignity and confidentiality while delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

• Monitor vital signs and medications under the direction of registered nurses and physiotherapists.
• Administer bedside and personal care such as ambulation and personal hygiene assistance.
• Advise, support and attend in the appropriate personal care of service users.
• Advise, support and undertake planning, preparation, cooking and serving of meals.
• Support or undertake household duties such as washing and ironing, etc.
• Maintain service users' confidentiality, privacy and dignity at all times.
• Prepare and maintain records of client progress and services performed; report changes to manager or supervisor.

• Advise, support and or undertake the planning, preparation, cooking and serving of meals


• Support or undertake household duties such as washing & ironing etc.


• Maintain Service Users confidentiality, respect, privacy and dignity always


• Prepare and maintain records of client progress and services performed, reporting changes in client condition to manager or supervisor. CANDIDATE MUST BE LOCATED IN THE UK AND HAVE A VALID RIGHT TO WORK, Essential requirement: You must be a residence in the UK and have a valid right to work.

Previous care experience is greatly welcomed but training will be provided.
