HRstring LTD is a well-established domiciliary care provider in the UK, dedicated to delivering compassionate support to service users in their own homes. This care assistant role involves monitoring health signs, assisting with personal care and meals, and maintaining confidentiality and dignity at all times.

Full training will be provided, and prior care experience is welcome, with opportunities to grow within a dedicated team that values excellence, innovation and patient–centered care.

• Previous care experience welcomed but training provided.
• You must be located in the UK and have a valid right to work.

Responsabilidades

• Perform health-care related tasks, such as monitoring vital signs and medication, under the direction of registered nurses and physiotherapists.
• Administer bedside and personal care, such as ambulation and personal hygiene assistance.
• Advise, support and/or attend in the appropriate personal care of Service Users
• Advise, support and or undertake the planning, preparation, cooking and serving of meals
• Support or undertake household duties such as washing & ironing etc.
• Maintain Service Users confidentiality, respect, privacy and dignity always
• Prepare and maintain records of client progress and services performed, reporting changes in client condition to manager or supervisor.

Previous care experience is greatly welcomed but training will be provided.
