Job summary

HRString LTD is a domiciliary care provider seeking care assistants to support service users in their homes across the United Kingdom. The role involves monitoring health indicators, assisting with daily living activities, and helping with meals and household tasks. Training will be provided, and all candidates must have the right to work in the UK.

Experience in care is welcomed; the team is committed to compassionate, respectful support, maintaining privacy and confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications

• UK residency and valid right to work is required.
• Previous care experience is welcome but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Monitor vital signs and medications under supervision.
• Administer bedside and personal care.
• Advise and support service users in personal care.
• Plan, prepare and serve meals.
• Perform household duties as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality, privacy and dignity for service users.
• Prepare and maintain progress records and report changes to supervisor.

Job description

• Perform health-care related tasks, such as monitoring vital signs and medication, under the direction of registered nurses and physiotherapists.


• Administer bedside and personal care, such as ambulation and personal hygiene assistance.


• Advise, support and/or attend in the appropriate personal care of Service Users


• Advise, support and or undertake the planning, preparation, cooking and serving of meals


• Support or undertake household duties such as washing & ironing etc.


• Maintain Service Users confidentiality, respect, privacy and dignity always


• Prepare and maintain records of client progress and services performed, reporting changes in client condition to manager or supervisor. CANDIDATE MUST BE LOCATED IN THE UK AND HAVE A VALID RIGHT TO WORK, Essential requirement: You must be a residence in the UK and have a valid right to work.

Previous care experience is greatly welcomed but training will be provided.
