HRstring LTD is seeking a compassionate domiciliary care worker to support service users in their own homes across the UK. You will assist with daily living tasks, monitor wellbeing and report changes to your supervisor.

Previous care experience is welcomed and full training will be provided. A valid right to work in the UK is essential to apply. This role emphasizes dignity, confidentiality and person-centred support to help clients maintain independence in familiar surroundings.

• Monitor vital signs and medications under supervision of registered nurses and physiotherapists.
• Administer bedside and personal care, such as ambulation and personal hygiene assistance.
• Advise, support and/or attend in the appropriate personal care of Service Users
• Advise, support and undertake the planning, preparation, cooking and serving of meals
• Support or undertake household duties such as washing & ironing etc.
• Maintain Service Users confidentiality, respect, privacy and dignity always
• Prepare and maintain records of client progress and services performed, reporting changes in client condition to manager or supervisor.

Previous care experience is greatly welcomed but training will be provided.
