Nottinghamshire County Council is seeking a Care Worker to join our Adult Social Care team. You will support individuals at Wynhill Lodge in Bingham, Helmsley Road in Mansfield, and Holles Street in Worksop, delivering person-centred care with a strength-based approach.
No prior social care experience is required; training will be provided, including the Care Certificate. You will work across early/late shifts, weekends and bank holidays, in a supportive and inclusive environment.

As a Care Worker in our Adult Social Care team, you will support individuals using our internal short breaks services located at Wynhill Lodge in Bingham, Helmsley Road in Mansfield, and Holles Street in Worksop. While previous experience in social care is beneficial, it is not essential. You will work with a strength-based approach, providing person-centred care that respects the dignity and preferences of each individual.
