Job summary

Home Support Matters is seeking full-time Care Workers across Great Yarmouth, Caister and the Northern Villages to support people in their own homes. You’ll provide personal care, companionship, and practical help to promote independence and safety.

We offer flexible shifts (zero-hours, guaranteed hours or block shifts), full training and induction, mileage for drivers, and practical benefits including paid holidays and a company mobile phone. No experience needed—training provided.

What You'll Earn

• £12.90/hour weekdays
• £13.01/hour weekends
• Travel time paid
• Drivers also receive 42p per mile mileage
