Job summary

City College Norwich is seeking compassionate care workers to support clients in Norwich, helping with daily activities, personal care and companionship at home.

You will work flexible shifts, receive paid training, and be part of a local, friendly team. A full UK driving licence with access to a car is required to travel between client homes.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and reliable individuals who can communicate well.
• Willingness to work weekdays/evenings and alternate weekends.
• Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle is required.

Responsibilities

• Support with personal care and medication.
• Assist with daily living tasks such as cooking and home help.
• Provide companionship and encourage independence.
• Help clients stay safe and comfortable at home.
