Job summary

ICare Group is seeking a caring Home Care Worker with a valid UK driving licence to serve Fleetwood and surrounding areas. Flexible hours across 7am–10pm, Monday to Sunday, and travel between clients’ homes are required.

You’ll receive £13.45–£13.70 per hour, a £125 Welcome Bonus, paid mileage between care calls, weekly pay, and a comprehensive induction plus ongoing development. Full training and support accompany every step of your career with ICare.

Qualifications

• Caring and compassionate and able to support others with dignity and respect.
• Reliable and committed with a calm, patient approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Flexible with a varied rota, including weekends.
• Comfortable working independently within the community.
• Living in Fleetwood (FY7) or nearby travel distance.

Responsibilities

What Will You Be Doing?

As a Home Care Worker, you'll support people in their own homes, helping them remain independent while maintaining their dignity, wellbeing and quality of life.

No two days are the same, but your role may include:
