About The Role

We’re looking for Care Workers who embody these values and want to be part of a team that truly makes a difference. You’ll support individuals to live safely, independently, and with dignity—in their own home and community—empowering them to live the life they choose.

We offer Full/Part time or Bank contracts

Hours: Between 16 & 48

Shift Patterns: 7am- 2pm 2.30pm-10pm

Location: At Choices Homecare, we’re committed to providing top-quality care across Bolton.

We cover areas of Whitefield, Unsworth, Bury Central

Excellent Pay Rates : Earn £12.93 per hour plus mileage

Key Responsibilities of a Community Care Worker:

  • Supporting individuals with personal care needs such as washing, dressing, and toileting
  • Assisting with medication administration and documentation in line with care plans
  • Preparing meals and assisting with eating and drinking where required
  • Promoting independence and encouraging service users to engage in daily living tasks
  • Building positive relationships with individuals and their families
  • Supporting emotional well-being and recognising signs of distress or changes in behaviour
  • Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with colleagues and supervisors
  • Ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable environment in the home
  • Respecting confidentiality and maintaining professional boundaries at all times
