Earthsea House provides placements for up to ten children aged 5 to 10 years on admission.

Childhood First is a teaching organization that encourages and facilitates learning through opportunities for psychotherapeutic and management training, leading to various qualifications.

Experience working with children therapeutically or in residential settings is desirable, but we support and train suitable candidates without experience. The role involves safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people, working as part of a team to develop safe, supportive, and nurturing relationships, and collaborating with external stakeholders to meet the children's needs.
