Quantum Care is seeking a Care Team Manager to join Garden City Court Care Home in Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire. You’ll lead with compassion, inspire the team and ensure services meet National Care Standards.
This role requires Level 3 Diploma in Care and Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care, with responsibilities including managing daily operations, promoting dignity and independence, and delivering resident-centred care.
Shift Times: 7am to 2.30pm/2pm to 9.30pm – Weekdays and alternative Weekends
