Job summary

Care Outlook Ltd is recruiting a Team Leader to supervise the care team at Brushett House, Bournemouth. The role requires coordinating on-call cover and maintaining high-quality, compliant care in line with CQC standards.

You will support the Branch Manager, manage rosters, and develop staff through supervision and training. A driving licence and health & social care experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to cover on call to meet the needs of the business.
• Knowledge of CQC standards and CQC compliance.
• Experience in care coordinating or 2 years working within health & social care (preferred).
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred).
• NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Direct management of the care team, monitoring staff development through supervision, appraisals, and training to deliver a high-quality service.
• Creating, managing, and monitoring customer care plans, ensuring staff rostas meet service users' needs and aspirations.
• Ensuring care assessments, care and risk planning meet best practice and customers' aspirations.
• Work with the Recruitment Team to ensure sufficient current and future staffing levels.
• To provide care services to service users as required.
