Anchor Hanover Group is seeking a Care Team Leader to drive high-quality care across shifts. You will oversee staff, manage assignments and ensure medication procedures are followed, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance and resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Experience leading care teams in a supported living or care home setting.
• Ability to manage shifts and staff allocations.
