Job summary

Anchor Hanover Group is seeking a Care Team Leader to oversee shifts, coordinate staff, and ensure residents receive compassionate, high-quality care.

You'll work with the Deputy Manager to conduct care assessments, monitor medication procedures, and uphold regulatory standards, while leading the team to foster a positive culture.
