Job summary

Anchor Hanover Group is seeking a Care Team Leader to ensure high-quality care for residents across shifts. You will work with the Deputy Manager to supervise staff, coordinate rosters, oversee medication procedures, and complete regular care assessments to maintain safety and wellbeing.

You will be supported through strong development programmes, with opportunities for career progression and access to Level 3 training, wellbeing support, and industry-leading pay rates.

Qualifications

• Experience in care leadership or supervision.
• Ability to lead and develop teams in a care setting.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards in adult social care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shifts and roster staff to ensure 24/7 care.
• Assign tasks and supervise care staff scheduling.
• Conduct medication procedures following policy.
