Job summary

Anchor Hanover Group is seeking a Care Team Leader in Harrogate to drive high-quality care across shifts and coordinate staff allocations. You will work closely with the Deputy Manager to maintain service excellence and support residents with compassionate, person-centered care.

In this role you will oversee medication procedures, conduct regular care assessments, and ensure strict adherence to regulatory standards.
