Anchor Hanover Group is seeking a Care Team Leader for Hurst Park Court in Liverpool. You will lead shifts, oversee medication, and support the Deputy Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day running and high-quality, person-centred care for residents.

The role requires NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, plus a minimum of 12 months in a similar senior care position. A strong, positive leader with excellent organisation will thrive in this not-for-profit provider environment.
