Abbeyfield Living Society is seeking a dedicated Care Team Leader for night duties at Westall House. The role carries responsibility for monitoring resident health, implementing personal care plans and supervising staff during night shifts.
You will lead formulating and reviewing care plans, administer medications, and coordinate with the care team and residents to ensure top-quality care. Night shifts require leadership and calm under pressure.

Role: Care Team Leader (Senior Care Assistant) - Nights.
Location: Westall House, Birch Grove Road, Horsted Keynes, RH17 7BS.
Pay: £14.77 p/h - £15.24 p/h.
Hours: 36.75 hours per week. 8pm-8am.
Shifts: x3 shifts per week, including alternate weekend shifts.
