Langley Trust in Cheltenham is seeking a compassionate and confident Care Team Leader to guide our dedicated team at The Knole. This permanent, full-time role involves working 40 hours per week across three 12.5-hour shifts, including some weekends and participation in the on-call rota.

You will lead day-to-day operations, support the Registered Care Manager, and oversee delivery of person-centred care, risk management, and liaison with probation and health services.

Qualifications

• Strong literacy, numeracy and digital skills, with a relevant qualification or willingness to pursue one.
• Good communication; reliable team player; remains calm in challenging situations.
• Commitment to helping others and to the Trust’s Christian mission.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day running of The Knole and deputise for managers.
• Build relationships with clients and deliver key sessions and resettlement planning.
• Assess and manage risk; maintain client records; liaise with probation, health and social care.
• Provide and oversee person-centred care, medication administration and care planning.
• Supervise staff, coordinate rotas, complete reports and participate in on-call duties.
