Sanctuary Care Limited is seeking a Care Team Leader at Park View Residential Care Home in Sheffield. You will support residents’ wellbeing, work with the team to enhance their lives, and deliver care per individual plans.

The role emphasizes teamwork, compassionate care, and dignity for residents. With NVQ3/SVQ3 in Social Care or equivalent preferred, you’ll communicate clearly, be flexible, and help lead Care Assistants.
