Sanctuary Care’s Ridgewood Court in Wirral is seeking a Care Team Leader to support residents, work with a close-knit team and deliver personalised care aligned to each plan. You’ll lead and develop Care Assistants, while promoting well-being and activity for residents.

Qualifications

• Experience in care (NVQ3 in Social Care or equivalent is desirable).
• Ability to communicate clearly and work flexibly.
