Job summary

Sanctuary Care is seeking a Care Team Leader for Forefaulds Care Home in East Kilbride. You will support residents’ wellbeing, collaborate with teammates, and deliver personalised care aligned with care plans.

The role emphasizes dignity, respect, and involvement in daily leisure activities. With 28 days’ annual leave pro rata, sick pay, a pension, and extensive training, Sanctuary Care provides a supportive environment.

• Experience in care (NVQ3/SVQ3 in Social Care or equivalent is desirable)
