Radis Community Care are seeking a Team Leader for their supported living service in Leominster, Pump Piece. You will supervise Care Workers, coordinate daily tasks, and ensure client‑specific personal care and community support are delivered to a range of service users, including the elderly and those with disabilities.

The role involves on‑call duty and coordinating care, with a focus on consistent, person‑centred delivery.

Qualificações

• NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care and working towards Level 3.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; willingness to learn in line with clients’ needs.

Responsabilidades

• Provide supervision and support to Care Workers; schedule and allocate work to match client needs.
• Support with personal care tasks and accompany clients in the community.
• Participate in the on‑call rota and provide cover for care and housing related duties when required.
