Job summary

Radis Community Care is seeking a Team Leader for our supported living service in Leominster, Pump Piece. You will oversee Care Workers, coordinate schedules, and support with personal care and medication, both on-site and in the community.

The role involves participating in the on-call rota and providing cover for housing-related support duties as needed. An NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is required, with progression towards Level 3 encouraged.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Team Leader is advantageous but not essential.
• NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care; working towards Level 3.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision/meetings and support to Care Workers.
• Schedule and allocate work to Care Workers; ensure client-specific personal care and tasks.
• Assist with medication and personal care tasks; provide community support.
