Job summary

Hillside, part of Hoople Care in Hereford, is seeking a Team Leader to lead day-to-day shifts, oversee assessments, and support a dedicated care team. The role is permanent and full-time, paying £14.22 per hour with Enhanced DBS.

You will work closely with the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager to deliver high-quality, person-centred care in a warm home environment. You’ll supervise staff, support ongoing compliance with CQC standards, and contribute to service development while building
