This full-time, field-based role offers community-facing work, regular customer reviews, and close collaboration with the office team to ensure safe, reliable care.

You will lead care professionals, support wellbeing, and help develop care packages and new runs.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.
• Experience in community care or care delivery is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Carry out customer reviews within your allocated area.
• Build positive relationships with customers and families.
• Support care professionals with their wellbeing and development.
• Work with the office team to ensure safe, reliable and consistent care.
• Be available for on-call duties and respond to urgent needs.
