Job summary

EveryDay is recruiting Team Leaders across North Tyneside and Newcastle to ensure high-quality Care and Support Services by leading a team and organising resources to achieve continuity of service for individuals.

You will supervise PSAs, coordinate care per Individuals’ Service Plans and support the Area Manager to meet contractual obligations and statutory standards while promoting independence and dignity.

Qualifications

• Must have effective leadership and ability to supervise a team.
• Understanding of quality standards and service delivery in health and social care.

Responsibilities

• Lead and organise a team to achieve continuity and high-quality care.
• Provide operational supervision to Personal Support Assistants (PSAs).
• Support the Area Manager in delivering care and support services to meet contractual standards.
