Job summary

Radis Community Care have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader to join our team based in Worcester at Meadow Court.

You will be the first point of contact for the package, providing supervision with meetings and support to the Care Workers, scheduling work, and ensuring personal care tasks are client specific. The role involves on-call duty and caring for clients, with driving licence advantageous.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Team Leader is advantageous but not essential.
• DBS check is required.
• Willingness to learn in line with clients’ needs and expectations.

Responsibilities

• You will be the first point of contact for the package, providing supervisions / meetings and support to the Care Workers.
• Schedule / allocate work to the Care Workers ensuring personal care and all tasks are client specific.
• Participate in the on-call rota and provide cover for care and housing related support duties when needed.
• Support with medication and personal care tasks as required.
