Job summary

Sanctuary Care in St Austell is seeking a Care Team Leader for night shifts at Woodland Residential Care Home. This part-time role (22 hours per week) offers a competitive rate of £15.45 per hour and a supportive, compassionate workplace.

You will lead a small team, ensure high-quality care plans are followed, and help residents thrive through meaningful activities and respectful, person-centred care. We provide training, ongoing development, 28 days' leave pro rata, and a pension scheme.

Qualifications

• Experience in care (NVQ3/SVQ3 in Social Care or equivalent is desirable).
• Ability to communicate clearly and work flexibly.
• Team player who values collaboration.
• Kindness and genuine interest in older people.
• Commitment to treating everyone with dignity and respect.
