Join us as a Senior Care Assistant / Team Leader at Anchor and make a positive difference in the lives of older people.

You will be responsible for caring for individuals with diverse needs and dispensing medication. This role also offers an opportunity to utilize your management skills to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.

We seek someone who is customer-focused, committed to providing exceptional care, and attentive to detail.

While a Level 3 qualification in health and social care is not mandatory, interest in pursuing it is preferred.
