Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience of working with vulnerable people.
• Experience leading and managing a team in Reablement and Rapid Discharge settings.
• Good understanding of regulations and statutory guidance for social care in Wales.

Responsibilities

• Manage a dedicated team of care and support workers delivering person-centred services.
• Provide leadership, supervision and role modelling to staff.
• Oversee staff development through supervision and CPD.
• Coordinate staff rotas and resources to meet demand.
• Ensure service delivery is compliant with regulations and policy.
