Job summary

Home Instead is recruiting a proactive Recruitment Specialist in Clydebank to build a high-quality pipeline of Care Professionals. You will deliver end-to-end recruitment with a focus on candidate experience and compliant practices using our ATS.

Role involves community outreach, online campaigns, and leveraging social media to attract candidates. You will work closely with local teams to meet recruitment targets while upholding Home Instead’s equality and diversity commitments.

Qualifications

• Previous experience delivering a responsive end-to-end recruitment service.
• Experience in recruitment marketing and campaigns.
• Good understanding of recruitment legislation including Right to Work checks and enhanced disclosure.
• Experience using social media and digital tools for recruitment purposes.

Responsibilities

• Manage all recruitment activity, ensuring compliance with legislation and standards.
• Develop and implement creative recruitment campaigns locally and online.
• Proactively source high-quality candidates and maintain candidate experience.
• Maintain recruitment data in the ATS and use analytics to guide decisions.
• Achieve targeted recruitment figures and build local networks.
