Job summary

Staffordshire County Council is seeking a proactive Project Co-ordinator to support the delivery of a new social care system (Liquidlogic). The role works with the project management team to coordinate meetings, engage with stakeholders and ensure timely actions and decisions.

The fixed-term post runs until 30 April 2027 and requires strong communication, planning and problem-solving abilities, plus experience with Microsoft Office 365.

• Excellent communication skills across organisation and external partners.
• Credible experience building effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Good planning and organisation to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate project meetings, steering groups and boards; record and monitor actions.
• Liaise with suppliers to plan and resource configuration workshops.
• Support workstreams to secure facilities and participants for project activities.
• Respond to queries from staff, suppliers and project team; investigate and signpost where needed.
• Assist in developing processes, documentation and recording risks, issues and decisions.
• Complete tasks from the project plan within required timescales.
