Job summary

Leicester City Council is seeking a part-time Project Manager (30 hours per week) to lead ICT projects in social care and education. The role involves coordinating internal teams with NHS, education partners and system providers to deliver improvements and manage training and support.

The successful candidate will have a proven two-year track record in team and project management, strong organisational and communication skills, and experience delivering end-to-end system deployments.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in team management and project management within the last two years.
• Good organisational and communication skills.
• Experience developing innovative systems, including testing, training delivery and successful deployment with systems support management.
• Strong presentation and meeting management skills with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and delivery of ICT-related projects for social care and education systems.
• Manage project plans, risk/issue logs, documentation and financial records.
• Collaborate with NHS, education partners, and system providers to achieve aims.
• Support and oversee existing systems and project outcomes.
