Job summary

Hansel Supported Living Service is seeking care support workers to empower adults with learning disabilities to live independently across South Ayrshire. You will provide 1:1 support in daily routines and community activities, helping clients achieve their best lives with creativity and inclusion.

The role offers full induction, ongoing training, and the opportunity to progress to SVQ in Health & Social Care, with a supportive team and on-call management. A driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Manual Driving Licence is essential.

Care Support Workers - Hansel Supported Living Service

Location: Broadmeadows Estate (Symington), Ayr and across south Ayrshire

Salary: £13.45 per hour plus benefits

Requirements: Manual Driving License essential

Hours: Full time and Part time (8-hour shifts, 12-hour shifts, Waking Nights, Sleepover)

• A caring, adaptable, and enthusiastic attitude
• Experience in care is desirable, but not essential we provide full training!
• Willingness to work a variety of shifts (rotas are built around the people we support)
