Job summary

Hansel Alliance in Ayrshire is seeking Care Support Workers for Hansel Supported Living Service. You will support individuals 1:1 in daily routines and community activities, helping them live independently with creativity and inclusion.

We offer full induction, ongoing training, and pathways to SVQ in Health & Social Care. Shifts include days, nights and sleepovers, with travel time paid between supports and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in care is desirable, but not essential—we provide full training.
• Willingness to work a variety of shifts (rotas are built around the people we support).
• Commitment to equality, inclusion and person-centred support.

Care Support Workers - Hansel Supported Living Service

Location: Broadmeadows Estate (Symington), Ayr and across south Ayrshire

Salary: £13.45 per hour plus benefits

Requirements: Manual Driving License essential

Hours: Full time and Part time (8-hour shifts, 12-hour shifts, Waking Nights, Sleepover)
