Norse Care’s Woodlands in King’s Lynn is seeking a Care Support Worker to join a friendly, supportive team. You will help with personal care and daily tasks, promoting independence and dignity for our service users, in line with a person-centred care plan.

We offer fully funded accredited courses, clear career progression, and rewarding daily work. The role is 24 hours per week (days) with enhancements; sponsorship is not available.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in care or willingness to train.
• Demonstrates core values: care completely, collaborate proactively, act with integrity, pursue better, make it happen.
• Enhanced DBS check required; payment to be met by employer.

• Assist with personal care and support tasks to promote independence.
• Support wellbeing events, activities, and a safe, engaging environment.
• Respond to call bells and emergencies promptly; liaise with medical professionals as required.
